Single Family Sold
- 438 closed sales, 31% down from ‘06, a year ago it was down 28%
- Median sales price, $353,500,000, down 6% from last year
Condo/Townhome Sold
- 459 closed sales, 25% down from ‘06, a year ago is was down 40%
- Median sales price, $179,000, down 13% from ‘06
