Home Warranty

  • Through a partnership with Century 21 and American Home Shield you will have the opportunity to purchase a home warranty.  Homes listed for sale with warranties sell 15% faster, sell for a price 2.2% higher, and are 29% more likely to sell.  You can choose coverage for yourself during the listing period in addition to the buyers coverage for one year.  This is a great tool, ask me for details.

Document Preservation

  • The $225.00 Data Management & Storage fee charged to our sellers at closing is for digitally storing your entire file online and providing you online file access for years after closing.  This is done through a program called “ZODOS” which creates a value added storage and access system for you, so there is no need to worry about locating a document you need after you’ve sold and moved.  Your documents are stored in a facility with the ultimate in security, three sources of power, plus a back-up diesel generator, waterless fire suppression system and a manned 24/7 watchdog system to detect any possible system interruptions.

And finally, you will receive weekly updates from me including advertisements, showings, visits on Realtor.com and a complete list of where you property is being marketed as well as any new listings, sales or price changes.
